Terms & Conditions

Effective date: October 12, 2026

These Terms and Conditions set the rules for using predictxmarkets.com and its blog (the “Website”), operated by PredictX Markets Inc. (“PredictX”, “we”, “us”). “You” means the person using the Website. By using the Website you accept these terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, stop using the Website.

1. What the Website is

PredictX Markets Inc. is a technology company. It does not offer betting to the public, does not hold player funds and is not registered as a gaming supplier in any jurisdiction at this time. The Website describes technology we are developing for licensed operators and is aimed at business users. Nothing on it is an offer to take a bet or wager, and you cannot place a bet or wager through it. The Website is not intended for use by anyone under the legal age of majority in their place of residence.

2. No advice, no offer

The Website is for general information only. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, regulatory or gambling advice, and it may be incomplete or out of date. Nothing on the Website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment, and nothing on it should be relied on in making an investment decision. Statements about our plans, products, timelines, licences or approvals are forward-looking, involve risk and uncertainty, and may change. References to regulators, standards or testing laboratories do not mean we hold any registration, certification or approval from them.

3. Licence and restrictions

PredictX and its licensors own the intellectual property in the Website, including its content, software, designs, and the PredictX name, logos and tagline. You may view the Website and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. You must not:

  • republish, sell, rent, sub-license, copy, reproduce or modify material from the Website, except as these terms allow;
  • access or use the Website on behalf of, or for the advantage of, a third party without our permission;
  • access content or data not intended for you, or bypass any security or authentication measure;
  • attempt to derive the source code or architecture of the software used on the Website;
  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Website or its networks, or try to circumvent a block we place on you;
  • interfere with the Website or other users, including by sending malicious code, load testing, flooding or spamming;
  • submit content that infringes anyone’s rights, is unlawful, or poses a security or privacy risk;
  • use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the Website, or send automated or bulk submissions through our forms;
  • break any applicable law while using the Website, or let anyone else do any of the above.

4. Links to the Website and framing

You may link to our home page or public pages, provided the link is not misleading, does not falsely suggest that we sponsor, endorse or approve you or your products, and fits the context of your site. We may ask you to remove any link at any time, and you must do so promptly. You may not use our logo or other artwork as a link without a written licence, and you may not frame the Website or alter its appearance without our written permission. To ask about linking, email hello@predictxmarkets.com.

5. Demos and client access

Any demo or client portal we make available is a demonstration for prospective business customers only. It is not a betting or gambling product, accepts no real-money deposits, takes no real bets, creates no end-user accounts, and is not an advertisement of betting or gambling services. You may use it only to evaluate our technology, and you must not reverse engineer it, give others access, use it to build a competing product, or run security or load tests on it without our written permission. We may change, restrict or withdraw it at any time without notice. It is not directed at any particular jurisdiction, and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. Further terms may apply to your access and will be presented to you.

6. Your submissions

When you send us an enquiry or message, you confirm that you are entitled to share it. We will use it as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the Website forms. Unless we agree in writing, we do not treat enquiries as confidential and no business relationship arises from them.

7. Blog comments

You are responsible for what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your comment on the blog. We may moderate, edit or remove comments at our discretion. Comments express the views of their authors, not ours.

8. Third-party links

The Website links to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

9. Disclaimer

We try to keep the Website accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, up to date, always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions about it, including any implied by law. We are not responsible for information sent to us anywhere other than the forms provided on the Website. You are responsible for all activity on the Website from your device.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, PredictX, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates are not liable for any loss of use, data, goodwill or profit, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, however caused and under any legal theory, arising from your use of the Website, even if we were told it was possible. Where we provide the Website free of charge, we are not liable for any loss or damage of any nature to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Changes

We may change these terms at any time by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Website after that date means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about them.
